π 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
The item must be in the same condition you received it β unused, unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Custom products (e.g., personalized portraits or special orders)
Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

π Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
Weβll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, youβll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
