📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom portraits, processing may take up to 5–7 days, depending on the complexity and approval of your uploaded photo.

You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping tracking number once your order is dispatched.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express shipping may be available for select pin codes at an additional charge.

🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available. However, we are working to bring String Magic to global customers soon.

📬 Delivery Partners
We ship through trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your product.

🎁 Packaging
Each product is securely packed in our custom-designed packaging to prevent damage during transit.

For portraits and DIY kits, we include a thank you card, hanging kit, and protective padding inside the box.

🔄 Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
